How about naming a few of these "communists among their ranks"

Rep Bobby Rush, self-professed follower of Mao

Rep Maxine Waters, favors nationalization of the oil industry

Sen. Dick Durbin, regularly gives speeches to communist groups

People in poll strongly objected to and hate Obamacare but these same people thought that the Affordable Care Act was good. Obamacare is not the same as the Affordable Care Act to those who call themselves conservative and republican. They are just repeating what the republican leaders have told them about Obamacare.

Just because you wish to deny it does not refute the evidence.-eriklatranyi

How about naming a few of these "communists among their ranks" A little clue, just because you state something, it does not make it a fact. Even if you click your heels together 3 times & repeat it over, and over again. Now can you provide these names??

Wasn't trying to shoot anyone Scott, I was just pointing out that calling someone a terrorist is no better than calling someone a communist. Both are learned from our so called leaders in Washington and the talking heads in media.

Capricorn:

I agree that it is liberal programs that are funding the criminals who plague us in our own city.

Their only solution is to create more programs and spend more money.

If we tied drug testing and criminal background checks to the receipt of government assistance, we would drain the swamp of the money that keeps fueling the hero-in trade, gun violence and other crimes to its lowest level ever while simultaneously trimming the deficit.

Scott36:

The socialists in power have communists among their ranks.

Their statements about nationalizing industries and support for total gov't control over the health system support that clearly.

Just because you wish to deny it does not refute the evidence.

Capricorn1, I would agree. But why are you trying to shoot the messenger? I was simply trying to bring Erik up to speed, helping him to "run with the big dogs" if you prefer. Geeze, even when trying to aid, you get slammed!!LOL Have a nice day Cap!-Scott

Soul-saving frenzies..LOL, this gave a good chuckle, for which I thank you. It did remind me of how the last Rep/tea vice pres. candidate's budget proposal was "based on Catholic teachings" or some other jibberish that got quite a bit of push back.-Scott

The socialists in power...Eriklatranyi

You are behind the times...It would seem that the ultra right has worn out that word,(socialist) the new improved in fashion word(to the in crowd frothing at the mouth tea partier) is COMMUNIST. Usually comes out just about the time that you insist that whomever you are conversing with stay on topic. Got a family member who does it quite often. Just try'n to bring ya all up to speed.

Despite what you (obviously) believe...those "voices", in your head, are NOT other-peoples' thoughts.

Besides...you DO realize reading-minds (and, other such "wizardry") is a "sin", right?? Any "believer" can/will verify that. -Shaman

As usual, when you have nothing of substance to debate, you resort to mindless drivel. I'll debate you anytime on welfare and gun control there Skippy. Funny thing is, many of those that are on welfare are the ones doing the crimes with guns. Do your research on the correlation between welfare and crime. Yet you liberals think you are doing this country a favor by having 48% of Americans now drawing some type of government assistance. And the numbers continue to rise even though you talk out the other side of your mouth about Obama's top 50 accomplishments.

The only reason Liberals propose gun laws is to make themselves think they have done something. Whether or not those laws actually do what they were intended to do is not important. -Vince

That seems to be a habit. The same applies to their thinking that keeping people on welfare is actually helping them." - Capricorn1

Wrong word in my previous comment below. Replace the word 'think' with 'feel'. The word 'think' can never apply to Liberal decision making. Sorry." - VinceKnauff

Gun control only applies to the masses not to the socialists in power.

Just like Obamacare does not affect the socialists who designed it, it only affects the masses.

The socialists in power have protection from men with the latest technology and firearms.

The socialists in power know it is easier to control the masses if they cannot fight back.

The socialists in power will use gov't to hurt the masses if they do not comply with the wishes of the socialists in power.

We just saw this during the shutdown, where the socialists in power arrested veterans while granting a permit to non-citizens.

The other day I was walking pass my gun safe when I heard a commotion from inside. Upon opening the vault door I saw my AR-15 talking crazy stuff about shooting people and starting to load itself. Well I grabbed the gun and we wrestled on the floor until I got control and swiftly broke this deranged gun in half. We need stricter gun laws before this becomes a gunadimic.

Sarcasm note for Liberals. The above did not really happen so you can wipe that drool off your faces." - Premier

"Can anyone who shoots or murders someone be considered an "ordinary citizen"?" - Steven Hinman

I've always considered the same...except, instead of "ordinary citizen", I prefer the designation "normal people".

No-sooner than you MENTION "ordinary citizen"/"normal people", though..."conservatives" play their "evil"-card (that magical lil' term that allows you to incarcerate people with mental-health issues).
