Frankly, a great idea. The apartments probably already have a waiting list, being that there are hundreds of medical professionals wanting to live closer to work. Nice neighborhood - and will still that way. Less traffic, as those folks can walk to work. No additional crime risk to speak of... Smart use of the property.

sell your home to hutchison for what ever amount move into his complex pay him sky high rents he becomes a trillionair on both ends no loosing for him
