metalhead if you want to say NO to TURF then donate a huge amount of money that puts them way above the goal to do turf. You see a turf field has far lower operating cost than a natural grass field. If you want to fund the ongoing cost of water, grass seed, fertilizer, paint, labor for mowing then go ahead and put your money where your mouth is.

Keep spending Wasd! We the taxpayers have bottomless pockets to finance your pipedreams. Although i would love to see a new athletic field maybe you need to start paying off all the other projects. You mention of using all the revenue from the sales of the schools as a donation to the project, that money belongs to the taxpayers of wasd not you.
