It is a piece of garbage of a plan, and remember, it is Obamas Signature accomplishment. The plan is going to fail completely and financially and the Democrats and anybody who voted for the junk plan should be ousted from office, We have had enough! If you want Socialism move to France.

"Now that the Affordable Care Act rollout has turned out to be an unmitigated disaster..."

Actually, the inaccessible web site is covering up the real disaster which are the plans and prices themselves. Even if people get subsidized by your grandchildren, the deductibles and total out-of-pocket totals are very high.

This needs repealed and replaced with targeted subsidies to those who want better coverage, and leave people alone who don't.

"The "one size fits all" government approach to this is silly." - CaveFelem

...And, these items would cost you (exactly) how-much, per month/year, to provide what you would have appreciated...during your child-bearing years?

Healthy families are every-bit a long-term-investment, as education. Granted, you won't (personally) benefit...25, 50, 75 years, from now...from these items, but...those folks who died, during our Revolutionary War, didn't fully-benefit (from their fight), either.

"conservatives" USED to talk about sacrificing "for the greater good"...but, that was (also) before they recognized how economically-"beneficial" it was, to declare themselves "libertarians".

From the fine print on the back of the Blue Cross of Northeastern PA advertisement I received in the mail:

**you will be required to purchase pediatric dental coverage as a standalone plan to meet the Essential Health Benefit requirement.

Why should people who don't have children or are past child bearing age have to purchase a pediatric dental plan, at additional cost to themselves or the taxpayer who's subsidizing the plan, if it will never be used?

The same could be said of maternity coverage. When a woman has gone past menopause and there's no possibility of having another child, why is she forced to purchase a plan that includes maternity services?

The "one size fits all" government approach to this is silly.

"We appreciate the epiphany, but where were these senators a month ago when Republicans were being demonized for calling for at least a delay in Obamacare."

Ah, yes....because Republicans had been sooooooooo "civil" & "engaged", up UNTIL that point-in-time.
