Increase penalties for youths gambling at state's casinos

When you see all those engaging commercials promoting gambling casinos in Pennsylvania, you don’t see 14-year-old children plying a roulette wheel or a slot machine. But it happens. Way too often....

And who will enforce it and what shall we do with money we get from the fines well maybe we could go back to where fat eddy rendell promised the elimination of property tax yes let's start there

Funny how the casino owner's suggestion didn't also include increased fines/consequences for the the casinos. Both are needed.

How about starting at home and teaching our kids right from wrong and the importance of obeying the laws of society. I would be willing to bet that they start out their gambling at home online before venturing out to the casinos.
