Liberals are like little children....they can't debate the issue, they just call you names.

Reverend Sullivan is one of those who think one can't dislike a person of a different color without being racist. I guess since he doesn't agree with Herman Cain's political views that makes him a racist too.

Black, brown, yellow or white doesn't make a difference to most folks despite what he claims here. It really doesn't matter what color your skin is. If you're an A-hole you're an A-hole. If we don't agree with your political views, we don't agree with your political views. Simply put, you're a race baiter. Maybe even a closet racist.

Attempting to converse with Shaman regarding race is like talking to Sharpton or Jackson on the subject. They all love crying racism because they are too cowardly to address the real issues.

The term "racist" is now being used as a tool to silence opposition to the left's policies.

Watch MSDNC sometime. The right is called "racist" nearly every night.

The sad thing is, the more they use it, the more desensitized we become at true acts of racism.

I don't think criticism is the basis for racist tagging. It is because of the commentary of the pols that you are in agreement with or support their beliefs. Second, some protest too much. Many of you may well not be racist but many, many who oppose this President are. It is fair to defend yourself to an accusation of racism but be fair and admit that it is occurring.

That sentence is the most true and accurate statement you have ever posted here, Shammy. It is always the Liberal that brings up race in debates about Obama. Always. Prove that wrong, please.

Wouldn't the proof that it exists first fall on those doing the accusing? Why should one constantly have to defend themselves of false accusations?

Funny that you posted a link to a report involving Alan Grayson and the KKK, because they are both Democrat things. You sure you want to relive the history of the Democrat party in the south during the first half of the 20th century on the topic of racism?

Liberals simply cannot defend their failed politicians or policies.

Don't worry it is just the rewriting of history on display. Just like this version - on a plaque at Northeastern Illinois on the Jacob Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies building. Lincoln was a Democrat HUH all the history books must be wrong.

spike2-"Many of you may well not be racist but many, many who oppose this President are."

No, I don't think they are. It's a tactic used by the dems/liberals to marginalize their opponents because they have nothing else.

spike2-"It is fair to defend yourself to an accusation of racism but be fair and admit that it is occurring."

None of has ever said racism doesn't exist. We'd be foolish to make such a claim. There are black people who are every bit as racist as a KKK member. Racism exists on all sides of the spectrum. But to make the claim that the Tea Party, GOP and/or anyone else who opposes Obama's policies and actions are racist is idiotic.

If it walks like a duck, acts like an duck and sounds likes a duck,it's a duck... Same goes for racism. Let's recount all the LTEs with the president referee by his middle name (and in caps). Let's talk about all the comments in the paper about him being Muslim or African or not an American. Let's not forget the old nuke the ***heads LTE about two years ago the the sun gazette found appropriate to print. If a group (aka the political right) makes these comments and embraces them, and runs whole campaigns arround them, it is really cowardly to run away when reasonable people call you out for you racism.

You're (of course) referring to those folks who made a MAD-DASH to the Republican Party, right after Civil Rights legislation was passed...and, signed-off by a (real) Dem President.

What IS the source o' your History-challenged tendencies??

Obama was a referee and used his middle name while he wore a cap?

Yeah, I know you mean he was REFERENCED by his middle name. But even that doesn't bolster your claim of racism. Hussein has nothing to do with race. Yeah, it was used as a slight, by comparing him to Iraq's toppled leader, in the same way the leftists compared Bush to Hitler and called him Dubya. You're grasping at straws. You have nothing else, so you try to use the mans race to your advantage. Problem is that it makes you look foolish.
