Good letter and when I rented I always had insurance on my belongings. I knew friends who did not and lost everything in a fire or theft. The cost of the insurance for renters was low compare to that when I owned a home.

Renters should make sure before renting that a landlord is up to date on insurance and fire saftey.

Watch out on the roads as the bucks are chasing does.

Vehicle collisions spike at this time of year.
