A response

November 17, 2013

A recent letter cited three quotes from Thomas Jefferson and only one was accurate and true. Don't like being called a racist? I suggest you take a hard look at how you are speaking....

Chuck got right to the point on this letter. On the second and third sentences he played his trump card and called everyone who opposes Obama's policies a racist.

Speaking only for myself, my opinions of Obama have nothing to do with his race. They are based on his actions and non- actions. Isn't that what opinions should be formed on? You'd have to be blind to not see the damage he has done to this country and it's citizenry. You can only blame Bush to a point. At what point does Obama take ownership of HIS failure?

Chuck and many on the left have nothing of substance to explain away this administrations actions, so of course they use the race card. These are the same people that showed nothing but hate for the last administration. I guess that was ok in their book since he's a white man.

"One person did not do all of this on their own no matter how much you want it to be so. It is a chain reaction that is only getting bigger."

Well look at that. Chuck admits Obama is not only part of the problem, but he's making it worse.

"we would no longer have a democratic republic". That's an oxymoron if I ever heard one. We are if it must be classified further than a "Republic", a "Constitutional Republic". When enough people learn the differences, the major flaws and problems that have lead to the current crisis of leadership and political chicanery that has befallen America can be fixed. While "democratic republic" are not even somewhat semantically correct, the two systems of government are quite different in philosophic origin. Neither major political party today contains any of the real substance or understanding of the Republic they swear to uphold. In a democracy a "right" is forever simply a "privilege". In a Republic a right is naturally inherent to the individual. A "Constitutional Republic" prohibits any activity by government that should impose the usurpation of natural 'unalienable' rights. Only when you can understand 'unalienable'

Where to start, hmmm? "You may be discussing President Obama and his policies but they are sounding nothing like when you discuss those same policies from Biden, Pelosi, Reid or any other Democrats."

Another example of Chuck showing his habit of projecting his beliefs onto those he opposes. We discuss the failed policies of all Liberals equally here. It is you, Chuck, (and Shammy too) who hears it differently when Obama is the topic because you are programmed to think of race whenever Obama is discussed. You don't even think about it, it comes out reflexively. Perhaps, Chuck, you would show examples of how we on the Right do what you claimed in that sentence? And explain how what you present is racist. I expect if you attempted this it would reveal more about your own racist biases than it would go to support your claim.

"People who fear the U.S. turning into a socialist or communist country are pushing for the government to do so by calling for them to earn their resources."

No, sir, we fear this country turning Socialist because of the actions of this President and elected Democrats in power who believe in equal outcomes, redistributing of wealth, and government regulating everything they can get away with. We want this country to follow the constitution and do what it says they can do, and no more. Nobody on the Right that I have heard has ever suggested that the government shouuld somehow start earning the money it gets in taxes. How would that be possible anyway? By nationalizing a car company? Oh, sorry.....

"Our government is a source of many resources. If the government did produce its own resource for the resources it provided, we would no longer have a democratic republic."-Chuck

Do you ever read what you've written. You have just said that we are not a democratic republic. You are as usual wrong. The government is not the source of resources, but only a conduit. It takes them from someone and gives them to someone else. In the private sector we call that stealing. The only 'resource' that government is the source of is currency and that is not really a resource but only a symbol of resources. Producing more currency only makes what is already in existence worth less. Chuck, your hero (the government) is an imposter. Recognizing this is the first step toward freedom.

Those on the Left who insist that the main reason we on the Right oppose this president is because of his ethnicity might explain why they voted for him in the first place. And while you do that you can also explain why it wasn't a case of gender bias against. Mrs. Clinton.

I firmly believe more people voted for President Obama on the basis of race than those who voted against him on the basis of race.

That makes that portion of President Obama's voters into racists themselves.

Chuck, Did you notice that one of your left wing buddies has come to your defense on this letter? That should tell you just how off base you are. When even Sham hasn't got a good word for you, that should be a big hint. Your claims in this letter are too outrageous for even the nuttiest lefties to back you up. Your blind rage for anyone who disagrees with you robs you of any sense of reason. I know I've said this before and you've ignored it, but I'm serious when I say that you should get professional help for this condition. I know you think that I'm just insulting you, but do yourself a favor and make the appointment. If after a few sessions, the good doctor tells you that you're normal, then good for you, but if he see what I see, he can help you. What have you got to lose?

Here's a little presidential humor for ya Chuck,

The Department of Defense briefed the President this morning. They told the President that 2 Brazilian soldiers were killed in Afghanistan. To everyone's surprise, he collapsed onto his desk, head in his hands, visibly shaken, almost in tears.

Finally, he composed himself and asked, "Just how many is a brazilian?"
