Gas tax and license fees were raised before and under the same premise, that doing so would provide enough funding to improve Pa's roads. Well Garth, can you tell us why the last increase didn't do anything to keep Pa's roads and bridges off the "worst of the worst" list?

i dont follow politics,but my question to those of you that do.. Did "we the people" get a chance to vote on this too? did we the people get a chance to know about it or hear about it and do we have ANY SAY whatsoever before it got this far? i dont know if we have a right to refuse this bill or not, but it seems like none of us, unless youre rich and dont care about money, can afford more taxes on things without seeing them going to the RIGHT places....

Looks to me like Garth paid for his seat in the House for 2 more years. I read the bill and it will not improve anything. This was a bad bill!
