It's early, but what I am getting from this is that Mr Harris believes that the ACA is unconstitutional because the bill, ruled a tax by the Supreme Court, did not originate from the House of Representatives. And he is asserting that no one in Washington is following the constitution.

Mike, IMO if our leaders in Washington were to follow the Constitution, it wouldn't take 4 trillion dollars a year to feed our government.

Not being sarcastic. This is one of the best written and logically sound conservative argument I've read in the ltes in a long time. I only wish more conservatives were as intelligent and free thinking as this guy. He has a good understanding of the political system. Having stated that, I would only point out the shortcomings of shorter term limits. When politicians have less time in office, they often spend more time CAMPAINING to get reelected or elected into a different office. That's why it bothers me when a politician should be doing their job but is working more on getting reelected. The Supreme Court doesn't focus on getting reelected. It's a balancing act as other offices being like the SOCUS would threaten representative democracy.

The answer to that is term limits. Two and done.

Only problem with SHORTER terms limits is that the politicians end up running campaigns while they're supposed to be serving the public. If not for reelection, then for a different office. They should be accountable to the public and impeachment should be much more common

Shulski hates America period. We will need our guns when Obama declares martial law and shuts down all the banks. Obama will never be the socialist dictator he plans on being.

Shulski just wants politicians to be allowed in office as long as they feel like it. These libtards worship politicians when it is the entrepreneurs who make this country great.
