Do the math

December 3, 2013

I'm not writing this letter to argue whether Obamacare is good or bad for the nation. Whether it will succeed or falter....

"I fought in the Vietnam War. If it weren't for me and my brothers in arms, you'd be speaking chinese or russian now. so appreciate your free-speech and don't take things at face value." - Shulski

Please explain how your STATEMENT is to be considered, in any way, shape, or form to be satire? Hint - You can't. You've been caught in a huge lie and have no credibility. I pity you when you finally tell this lie to some real combat veterans.

Shulski, you stuck your foot in it and now you're attempting to back pedal out of it. It seems to me that you have a habit of using the satire excuse. Have you called the SG and demanded that they reprint your "unedited letter"? You're a fraud my boy and I don't care how much you can bench. That just makes you a "bigger" fraud. Take those muscles down to Parris Island and see how long you last. Shouldn't be a problem for a war hero like yourself.

"Screw all of you. I was right. If you read that letter from November 21st you'd know that the editor edited it like Fox uses photoshop to edit pictures of people they don't like." - Shulski

Maybe they edited the original letter tio make you think he made a mistake in math so you would write a letter correcting him and they could edit your letter to make you look like a fool.

Meanwhile, Reynolds Aluminum foil sales are on the rise.

Now Shulski wants us to believe that it was all satire when he claimed to be a Vietnam Vet. Anyone who lies about being a war veteran is a poor excuse for a human being.

Michael Shulski December 29, 2011 I went to have a lobotomy the other day but the surgeon couldn't find what he was looking for. So he just sewed me back up and told me I'd be fine.

Michael Shulski December 24, 2011 This holiday season, remember that 'work' is a four letter word you shouldn't say around children.

Sounds like Shulski is just your regular run-of-the-mill liberal!!!

Gavin, this isn't the first time that I have come across warrior wannabes in my many years in the service. Most times we ignored it because they were trying to portray themselves as something they weren't to some female while they were in a drunken stupor and their ability to embarrass themselves was punishment enough. Shulski however brings it to another level. So tell us some of your war stories Sgt Shultz... like Hogan Hero's, it's best you respond with "I Know Nothing!"

I suppose I could probably post links to his comment here and his fb page on the USAF TACP group page. I have some brothers there who are incredibly relentless on armchair warriors like this.

I'm a little late reading the paper today but I have to point out that "basic arithmetic" gives the answer of 3.18 when you divide 1 billion by 314 million.

I agree that all credibility is lost when you lie about any prior military service. Is this what you learned while attending Lycoming?

I am appalled after checking out your Facebook page and seeing that there is no way you are old enough to have fought in Vietnam, that you would have the audacity to lie about it. I'm quite certain you probably have never served at all. If I were you, after being caught portraying yourself as someone you wish you had the courage to be, I wouldn't have the guts to comment on this board in the future. You have lost ALL credibility.

Gavin, with the insight Bornhere gave us, this Guy probably was even BORN until after the Vietnam war was over. Methinks a REAL Vietnam Vet would kick his arse for him if they knew he claimed to be one of them.

Yes the original letter did say $3 million, but this one did not. Both writers submitted letters with stupid errors, but Shulski was blasting the stupid error and should have been more careful not to make a stupid error himself. The Sun Gazette did not edit his letter, in fact the rarely edit any letter, and the almost never reject a letter, unfortunately. They give everyone the chance to make a fool of themselves and many take full advantage.
