Yes, this will only help private enterprise so why should the taxpayers of this state be paying for it...call it a grant, but we all know it is taxpayer money. Love how everything get suger coated!

"Sen. Yaw shouldered this infrastructure request every step of the way," said Lycoming County Commissioner Jeff Wheeland. "He was steadfast in his determination to help us bring rail infrastructure funding to our development community." In other words, Yaw was actively involved in the funneling of taxpayer money to help private enterprises. Interesting.
