Most don't know the story, when I've heard someone say they do, I know they know the Lord! Merry Christmas!

How many buzz words must we read daily? Both sides are guilty. Redundancy at best.

Let's see a bunch of jabs and a sucker punch or two and then a cry of foul. Pretty normal stuff on a letter.

'..liberals have such dark thoughts that it causes the sun's energy levels to decline."

Must be an example of a conservative adhering to Tim's letter. You all wonder why liberals get nasty. You are suppose to deck the halls with holly not sit on it.

I was looking forward to shorts, tee shirt, and sandals.

BTW, what does that have to do with the LTE? Oh I know.....global warming.....or now global cooling. How about this.......liberals have such dark thoughts that it causes the sun's energy levels to decline.

Gotta get a shower, drive in lots of traffic, and go to work. Everyone have a blessed day.

Gavin obama lied so bad when he told Jay Leno the government doesnt spy on people and he knew it. I like to stay optimistic on what the president says. I don't think Bush ii purposely lied when he said the things he did about Iraq. He might have been wrong but didn't intentionally lie. The sad thing is that it is getting harder to believe obama is not purposely lying.

@BornHere, on fb search out Steve Bagwell/albums/Montoursville Christmas 2013. He has some really nice pictures from around town, especially the "Sylvania Tree".

In the meantime, Google "The Miracle on Candy Cane Lane" and read the Mountain Home article.

Something doesn't seem right on here again.

I was really surprised to see how much snow is here when I drove up from Harrisburg, hopefully we'll have some for Christmas.

Similar - resembling without being identical.

Nothing more needs to be said. The biggest difference was that once again, President Obama and his staff lied. I am beginning to see a trend here.

I have no problems what so ever with anybody currently serving in the military, or those who served in the military. I'm grateful to, and for, all of them.

This isn't about the military.

This is about one person on this blog who has an opinion, all day and all night, on everything, is a relatively young man that doesn't work by choice (even though God knows he could sure use the money-his quote), and yet, has a legion of sycophant's who treat him as if he is the world renowned expert on everything. And, he just Must be a great guy, because..........?

Of course, there are only 57 days of sun a year in Cloud Gazette land, and people stay. That, and his popularity with the 10 =/- bloggers says all you nee to know about Williamsport. It's just perfect, if you like that kind of stuff.

" Some folks favor military and some favor social issues."

And, I would suggest that without a military, the social issues would be germane in that what happens in the society around us won't matter if we don't have someone defending it. I agree with the rest of your post, Spike with one exception. I am considered the "fringe" element by most. Again...a subjective opinion of others....I only see black and white when it comes to God's Word. But, in other areas, where God is silent...I see many shades of gray. Does that make me fringe?

MikeSmith,

Your attitude towards military personnel is only superseded by your ignorance (and that is giving you the benefit of the doubt) of the men and women who courageously and unselfishly serve the Armed Forces - just so you can espouse the cruel comments you made. They do take orders and thank God they do. But, your descriptive manner of them being robots is erroneous. Sometimes it takes a follower to give life to the leader. One thing is certain, you won't have to worry about the responsibility of leadership anytime soon....you will be sorely lacking in followers.
