Traffic flow start of city East End business potential

Is the East End of Williamsport the next commerce corridor locally? We're not sure about that, but we know the first rule of business – location – is checked off....

One of the first areas that should be explored is the stupidity of having Basin Street a one way street. You can't get to the beltway entrance without going out of your way. As far as the one way streets go in Billtown how about Third and Forth Streets they both are an outdated concept left over from before the beltway.

Many businesses could obviously care less about "traffic flow", as is apparent the way they pack businesses in every square inch of the golden strip, creating a traffic nightmare on that stretch of road. The mere location of Buffalo Wild Wings alone is an accident waiting to happen.
