Maybe we should get good old fashion gridlock like our Founding Fathers envision for PA government. It would stop conservatives in government from making a mess of things.

The Pa. Supreme Court ruled major provisions of ACT 13 were unconstitutional and now the Lottery Contract is unconstitutional and Corbett is being investigated in the Sandusky sex abuse case, it makes one wonder how many other things Corbett has done that is unconstitutional.
