The southeastern portion of the state has an over-abundance of legislators. That would be a good place to begin cutting. They don't need so many legislators, just a large legislative staff to handle all the gimmee, gimmee, gimmee requests. Maybe if the legislators weren't stacked against us in that part of the state, they wouldn't get all the tax dollars.
