I cannot keep quiet about the situation of crime in the City of Williamsport anymore. The city is playing a losing game when it come to stopping crime in the city....

Some truth (and thanks Bill O'Reilly) some bloviating from a former guard.The city does not control, nor does the county, any of his complaints regarding the prison system and mos are: the state system. The letter blurs lines between county, state and federal. A discussion about prison systems, the law and approaches to corrections would be interesting. This is filled with apparent personal resentment, half-fact and has little to do with crime or corrections in Williamsport. Finally, the writer knows the exact legal purpose of prisons vs. penitentiaries, the whys and the changes over history, but chose not to expand.

There are 30,000 good people in Williamsport honor roll students Athletes, Musicians , Doctors , i rented to 2 Lawyers on 5th ave! many more talented people then you or I. A few transients giving the whole city a bad name! Tell me where all this crime is being committed ,I have been in Williamsport 20 years haven't lost a landlord or a tennant or neighbor yet? its always on some random steet with no address, Your letter can apply to any burg in US,
