"This is the same government that is going to administer your health care!" Ericlatranyi

How about the same govt. that makes sure you get your mail or keeps the roads clear of snow and ice. I know it's hard sometimes Eric, but you really must try to stay on track. Focus Eric, focus.

"it was stated that property owners are to keep mailboxes off of state/township right-of-ways." The township right-of-way is 50' along our property. That means I'd have place my mailbox beyond 25' from the center of the road. Yeah that would really make them happy!

I moved my mailbox 50 mfeet so it would be directly in front of my house instead of in front of neighbors house. Post office quit delivering mail as the 50 foot move was too inconvenient on the mail carrier. Got tired of ******** to them and surrendered and moved my mailbox back where it used to be. Still had to notify them that I moved it back before they started delivering mail again. Probably due to Bush being president!

if you want your mail delivered to your house, put your mailbox where you're told.

Just think of all of the money we could save if we got rid of mail carriers all together and just picked up our mail at the general store like on "Green Acres".

Perhaps if the author wants mail delivered in a more easily accessible manner he should move to town. There are certain things we must deal with when we live in the country. *****it up, cupcake.
