How convenient! Violate the Sunshine Law and just retire!

There is no proof thay he violated the Sunshine Law. If he had violated the Sunshine Law he would have been fired. Instead, the new school board members forced him out with a separation agreement. Why? Because he is the only person that stood in their way in closing all of the schools in Blossburg. The new board members that used the platform of "transparency" to get elected have already completed their first dirty task. He did not retire, he was forced out.

Mr Yarger did not violate the Sunshine law. However, the sun does not seem to be shining on the current school board. Mr Yarger is far from considering retirement. He has worked diligently to do the right thing for the children and the taxpayers of this school district. Apparently it was not the right thing that was wanted by this school board.Best of luck to Mr Yarger and his family.
