By now everyone has heard about 'Bridgegate'. It has grown from a back story to front page to national news. It is now going to be investigated on a local, state and federal level....

"IRS, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, and the Phones records scandals combined."

Don't you people ever follow up on these Faux Noise stories?

I.R.S: It WAS investigated and it turned out that slightly more LIBERAL groups were hassled or stalled when they applied for tax-exempt status than there were teabagger and neo-con groups. And the low ranking employee in charge of processing them WAS dismissed for not seeking approval from her supervisor.

-

Benghazi: After Darryl Issa wasted millions(?) investigating the sad occurrence and was left red faced when it turned out to be partly the fault of a Major General (who Obama quickly fired for failing to do his duty) and the main cause was congress cutting the embassy security budget.

(He also fired 6 other Generals and 2 Admirals for other serious infractions!)

-

Fast and Furious: Started under Bush in 2006, ended by Obama after it surfaced.

-

Phone records scandals: The Patriot Act passed by Congress under Bush!

"Refreshing to see how a real leader handles himself amid controversy. It's interesting to note that there is more investigation here than the IRS, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, and the Phones records scandals combined. And NO ONE was ever held responsible for anything under Obama's watch."

"Obama ought to take some lessons from Christie and hold people responsible for their actions."

-

For now, I'm just going to chuckle.

But with the happenings of this past weekend, (and I heard that other similar complaints are surfacing) your illustrious 'example' of a leader may soon make me ask you "Ketchup?" "Mustard?" "Mayo?" as you eat these words, Mike.

A LA BLAGOYAVICH - LOL.

(Same Special Prosecutor, too.)

Bobbie2-"You're the cook, Bubblebutt."

Yes, I am. Made a nice 30+ year and counting career out of it. I've not been laid off once since I started. You've got a problem with that?

Your purpose here is to be a hateful, racist, antagonistic troll. You add nothing to any conversation. The only thing you are good for is to stir the pot. Pathetic.

Relene, you know my thoughts.... I expect that type of behavior from the 'opposition'.

Bobbie is a poor excuse for a human being. And since she portrays herself as a Conservative, she makes the rest of us look bad. How can we expect those from the left to 'clean their own house' if we first don't clean ours and point out reprehensible behavior when we see it.

rmiller, you have never attacked me on here, you have always been kind.

Bobbie has made racist remarks towards me and my family and my family members have read them and contacted the Sun Gazette about the slurs, why she does this I can only blame it on hate.

As far as me responding to her in a nasty way I refuse to bring myself down to her level.

respond in kind?

If I said those words, you (of all people) would have a right to reprove that type of action. :)

Born Here,

To my knowledge, I've never attacked you in any manner and you also don't flaunt or use your heritage as a weapon or an afforded advantage. I'm sorry if I never saw the attacks because I was perhaps lost in the logic or the sense of your posts as opposed to your username.

Mike, You would be the first to attack me if I tried to make "two wrongs don't make a right" my disclaimer. I don't know that Bobbie is a troll. Perhaps some people consider me to be one. Same principle applies here as does what I just said to Bornhere....Neither person should attack someone's posts just because of their feigned or real username. I was not upset at the username of "silverfeather", rather the unmerited (IMO) attack of someone's posts. Silverfeather has a veracious appetite to be nasty and hurtful. It takes time to key in and write. Verbal assaults can be apologized for and often done in haste. But, writing takes thought as well as action.

rmiller-"Silverfeather, ("Lacking2boobies (Bobbie2),") A true Native American wouldn't respond to someone with this type of commentary."

Relene, If I were Silverfeather or Bornhere I would respond to Bobbie in kind. Bobbie is nothing more than a troll. She's made many denigrating remarks to both attacking their Native American heritage. In just this thread, she's called Silverfeather "chickenfeather' and made remarks about the 'reservation'. Bobbie is nothing but a racist, hateful troll.

I don't agree with Silverfeather's opinion, but (s)he has every right to defend theirself from Bobbie's unwarranted attacks.

Sham,

"Shaman, my son served three tours in Iraq and I'm well aware of the body count. As was most of the nation because it was well reported across all media on a daily basis during the previous administration"

How dare you not post Cap's entire post? Did you not see the comment about his son serving three tours in Iraq? Surely, that must be the reason you would intentionally and willfully not give recognition to the post, but deliberately leave out his time in the service to show your disdain for our troops? The "Hunt For Bin Laden?" You mean the one where Clinton and the animal in his sights and didn't allow our "finest and best" to pull the trigger on him? Or maybe you're referencing the little charade done by the current administration claiming he got OBL, when (if it was indeed OBL) he didn't get him....our best got him.

Silverfeather,

"Lacking2boobies (Bobbie2),"

A true Native American wouldn't respond to someone with this type of commentary.

Your claim to be Native American and this country belonging to you can be disputed. You were brought here, just as we were. So, one needs go back a bit in history to assign the accurate description of a "native American." Your African Bros and Sisters? Please.....

I'm not certain that there are any true "African Americans" still alive today, are there?

There are black Americans, white Americans, Chinese Americans, Russian Americans., etc. Tell me, Silverfeather.....are there any Americans out there anywhere?

Lacking2boobies (Bobbie2), sir your racism and hate filled ethnic slurs are just as profound with we Native Americans as it is with our African American brothers and sisters. As the SunGazette agrees with your form of racism and ethnic hate, I suppose there is really nothing I can do, but respond to you the very same way you respond to me. You obviously are related in some way to the editor as no other form of media would allow these types of attacks on true Americans. Speak my language or leave my country! Have a great day Mr. lacking2boobies

Hiya rmiller! Long time not tpye at. Thank for the kind words, I am proud to describe myself as a liberal and social justice issues are important to me but I do hold many positions which are moderate. My support of a flat federal income tax is surely not progressive. My positions on civil liberties are down right libertarian.

Always a pleasure, take care.

The biggest problem with unemployment on Native Reservations is alcoholism which creates poverty, unfortunately it has been like that for many generations.
