Maybe city officials should head out Louisa Street and High Street way by the old textron. Those houses and apartments are filth. And while they are at it they might as well continue around that entire area and shut down everything in that radius. The only way to clean up this city is to raise the taxes and to keep filth out. It's depressing when you drive around and you see run down housing and streets that need repaired and sidewalks replaced. The public works department and health departments at the city should be ashamed of themselves.

what about the people who used to be drug dealers and turned their lives around? Does that mean they can't be rented to? Sad situation is so.

Why were the violating owners names not included in the article?

the landlord association decided to send a letter to owners of properties who had a serious crime in their property, Serious crime in my opinion has more of a negative affect on our property values and the ability to rent then code violations. I would like to see the names of the owners who have had criminals living in their building have this same three strike rule. This article is unclear on this ?
