Yeah, Boobie has a few screws loose. For someone you'd assume to be an adult, she seems to have the maturity of a grade school snot. She needs put over my knee and given a good bare-assed spanking.

Your maturity is simply astounding.

Scott, isn't Maddow also SUPPOSED to be professional journalism? That was the point. Side note: Looking forward to a fresh snowfall. Beautiful. Good day Sir.

Quite likely, the same thing sensible people think when they read alleged "facts", presented here with a reference to a Rachel Maddow video. A chuckle and a quick toss into the irrelevant nonsense file, soon to be discarded and forgotten.-Cheyenne

I bet before Limbaugh hit the airwaves, you called the Democratic Party by the proper name. You can't change stupid if it doesn't want to change and is actually proud of it. -FortySixand2

Bingo!! The "unofficial" leader of the conservative party does not like calling the Democratic party-the "Democratic" party because it sounds, well too Democratic. As far as celebrating stupid--I am at a loss. Have a Safe & Happy day-Scott

Hey Sun Gazette, just thought you should know.....the real, educated, and fluent in English newspapers of Pennsylvania like The Morning Call in Allentown and The Reading Eagle of Reading, know how to speak proper English by calling the Democratic Party by its proper and correct name....The Democratic Party. The Sun Gazette offers proof positive that listening to Limbaugh and Beck will definitely make you dumb. I bet before Limbaugh hit the airwaves, you called the Democratic Party by the proper name. You can't change stupid if it doesn't want to change and is actually proud of it.

I personally didn't approve of some of Bush's policies; specifically the war in Iraq. I had a son that served three tours there for no other reason than Bush wanted to finish the job his dad didn't. But regardless, the left was just as ruthless towards Bush as the right is to Obama. It's the nature of a two party system.

Scott, once again I never stated that I "approved" of this type of editorial. In fact I did state that it could have been presented in a more responsible way. But the fact is, just like any other news media today, much of it is biased and "red meat" sells. This is a mostly conservative area and they are feeding that red meat to their target audience in order to sell newspapers. There are those that say the exact same thing about Fox News and MSNBC and they target millions of viewers. Why would the SG act any differently in an attempt to sell newspapers? I have been to many different places in this country and have read many different newspapers in small towns and large cities and most had opinion sections that included local editorials that would do the exact same thing regarding the current administration in power and the demographic of the area. Is it responsible journalism? Of course not. Nor is most news media you see or read today.

Capricorn,

Hey, if this type of "editorial" was presented in a way that you like--power to ya. You yourself pointed out that this country is divided- IMO you are on target. But if you in any way, shape, or form see this type of commentary as useful, again power to ya. Imo, I believe that the average mature adult sees this as nothing short of inflammatory. Again--JMO, but it is nothing but red meat aimed to inflame a limited base. It only serves to help keep people divided. This type of "tactic" is nothing short of an embarrassment to this entire area. Give me your honest opinion, what do you honestly think a mature adult just passing through the area thinks if he/she picks up a paper & sees this.-Scott

"Mirroring problems with the federal health care website, people around the nation attempting to navigate the Spanish version have discovered their own set of difficulties.

The site, CuidadoDeSalud.gov, launched more than two months late.

A Web page with Spanish instructions linked users to an English form.

And the translations were so clunky and full of grammatical mistakes that critics say they must have been computer-generated — the name of the site itself can literally be read "for the caution of health." -HuffPo

Like I said, the facts are verifiable.

Scott, no where in my comments was I cheering about this editorial. The point I was making was that everyone is trashing the SG for printing it but no one has disputed the facts contained within. Could they have presented the facts in a more responsible way? Of course. But it's an editorial and just like the talking heads on FOX and MSNBC, you are getting the spin. And left and right leaning editorials are not restricted to just the SG. You can find them in newspapers across the nation and I remember clearly editorials that ripped Bush apart on a daily basis. Why do some insist this is a new tactic just because Obama is in office? The bottom line is the facts outlined within the editorial are verifiable. You just don't agree with the delivery of those facts by the messenger.

Capricorn1,

Are you actually proud of this 'editorial"??? Do you have any idea how this makes this area look to the average American??? Does this area have even the slightest amount of respect for the office that our President holds?? What next-- Obamas mother wears army boots?? Face it, this type of "editorial" is childish at best, & for people to cheer for it is below childish--at least in my opinion. Also, the "they do it too" is an excuse that my parents never let me get away with. This is the kind of trash commonly promoted on the "Rush Limbah" show, & I know that VERY FEW conservatives admit to listening to. Face it, calling it childish is being kind.

Scott, are you saying that the communication skills by democrats was any better when Bush was in office? In fact, it doesn't appear like it has improved at all concerning Bush five years later. Please don't try to insinuate that this type of "communication" is limited to one side of the aisle. It's the reason this nation is so divided and exactly what some of our founding fathers warned us would happen with a two party system.

With such fantastic "communication" skills being demonstrated??? How could that possibly be?? LOL!!! I'll bet that tomorrow the SG is going to run an "editorial" about how Obama & his "liberal cronies" are pitching the idea that the Earth is round!!! What fun that should be!!! LOL
