It is truly a shame. There was a time when professional athletes were heroes, both to youth, & adults. I hope that in some cases, that is still true, but it is hard not to focus on the "bad apples". Hopefully, the league(and other sports) will clean this up.-Scott

All of ARod's records should be disgarded once he was tested positive...why should the ballteam have to pay him yet? He is a bum now.

Nothing here to see. Just another lying piece of crap that had the world in their hand but couldn't stay away from the drugs. Let's hope he just goes away and we don't have to see anything more about him.

You fail a drug test at work, you get fired. He and others like him are lucky they only get suspended. Baseball turned their back for too long and now that they are trying to clean up the game, they should have the support of all fans and send a message that there is zero tolerance. I was happy to see that during this past year's LLWS, none of the players mentioned ARod as their favorite player as many have done so in the past.
