didn"t we do this before?? came up with a plan streetscape for that part of town / NOW25k from city 25k from college 25 k grant then pay the consultant 75k?? why not just let everyone keep their money cause the plan just ends up in the circular file anyway.

It's great that the college is planning to invest in this development. Williamsport has a real chance at becoming a college town, MimLogue. Don't let past failure to plan make you think this plan is destined to fail.
