The gas impact money was never meant to be spent on projects like this. I think someone needs to take the City to Court over this.

George wasn't mentioned because he is getting free money from the gas impact fees to build this housing project, then he will collect the rents and keep the money...gee, does that sound fair to everyone?

Mim, it is Hutchinson or Warrior Run Development out of Turbotville which is owned by the Yoders, they own most of the Senior Housing in the counties. I know this because my husband use to work for them.

Taxes should be the same for everyone! Those of us paying full taxes are being cheated by the non profits, Lertas, special people, tax rebates,?? Ben franklin says everyone chips in a nickel for the for the fire hose., Those of us paying full tax rates are getting hosed. Isn"t George Hutchinson the developer here (not that I care anyone who gets reduced taxes in my book is being given special treatment and thus we are not playing on a level playing field) why was his name never mentioned in either article??
