Auditor general's report validates serious pension woes

Maybe the state’s Auditor General Eugene DePasquale can do what no one else has been able to do regarding public pension funds - that is, reform them before they bankrupt government....

There was also an Auditor Generals report which stated that it was a waste of money for the city school district to contract out their buses and that they should follow what the PA Labor Relations Board decided and keep their buses and employees. I didn't see a letter from the editor on that and now there's talk of them having to buy the buses back in 2017.
