It is better to have people think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.-Scott

With all your mindless posts you have certainly convinced many of that.

And now the Left's distraction to the Iraq War. Your rabid infatuation with GWB is as astounding as your facts are one sided. But I did hear that Dear Leader is wanted in the Middle East for war crimes... I'm sure not as bad as GWB's, but between golf, vacations, and missing briefings maybe he'll read about it in the paper. We know that's how he learns about what's going on because his favorite phrase is, "I wasn't aware of it."

Well Scott I believe Bush was much more justified to waterboard than Clinton was to rape all them women. Bush alleged to waterboard 3, Bubba raped more.

Concerning your other post, I have read some articles in the past. Also, one of my wife's cousins had various depression issues and struggles over a number of years and eventually committed suicide, even though she had been in a committed lesbian relationship for many years.-ToTEXASfromPA

We may disagree at times, but my sincerest, heartfelt condolences for your loss. May God help you to cope with this issue. I do not know the circumstances other than what you shared, So I would not presume to guess on whether or not being in a committed lesbian relationship caused/contributed to this tragedy. Again, My Condolences, you will be my Prayers.-Have a Great, Peaceful Day!!-Scott

So, Bush water-boarding was the equivalent of a personal decision or even an Executive order, just like the Iraq War? Guess nobody else was involved.-John Zook

Actually the list is not limited to Bush when it comes to countries that would arrest them for war crimes. Came very close with Rumsfeld in Paris. You, on the Right are STILL bringing up Clinton, so what is your long winded issue?? Hey, if you support torture, you support it--I just happen to think(as it at least used to be taught)that we as Americans are better than that. You are free to feel as you wish, just as I am free to feel that those whom support it are in their "base instincts" a few rungs down on the evolutionary ladder. -Scott

President Obama tells us that we can keep our insurance, if we like it, we can keep our doctor, if we like them and that families will save, on average, $2500 per year.

Not one Republican believed him.

Let's discuss liberal intelligence now, folks.

We are told how stupid Bush is by the liberals.

Yet, somehow, he was able to fool all those intellectually superior Democrats into voting for the war in Iraq.

Liberal hypocrisy on display, folks!

Side, BTW, there are scores of people who aren't "religious" but are repulsed by your line of thinking, suggesting the normality of homosexuality (sodomy). Can you explain that?

Texas,

But this isn't off topic. The liberals and progressives of the world would have us back down and I for one, won't. My heart goes out to your wife because if it was natural, she wouldn't have struggled with it, plain and simple. Studies show that homosexual "couples" are not a healthy environment to raise a child in. What will the child, who will have normal human desires, come to terms with, when they reach puberty and beyond? How selfish is that? Wanting children is not their desire, pushing it in the faces of those around, just how far they can push the boundaries is their hope. The child is just a victim of their sickness and sin.

Good letter Phil, are you trying to break your own record? I love that you can say so much in so few sentences.

Hello Side...

"Keep your religion in your own family. With that said, how does a same sex marriage/family hurt anyone else?"

Because God calls it an abomination, period. As such, it is repulsive to those who believe God. Just as all sin is. However, some sins are an abomination (Hebrew) word for "filthy."

Is that explanatory enough for why it hurts me, or other Christians?

Scott36,

God loves everyone, deeply and unconditionally. And don't judge my heart; I also love all and desire that all have a wonderful relationship with God. I want God's best for them. Some people want to do what is right in their own eyes.

Concerning your other post, I have read some articles in the past. Also, one of my wife's cousins had various depression issues and struggles over a number of years and eventually committed suicide, even though she had been in a committed lesbian relationship for many years.

You can do your own research and agree or disagree but this hit close to home.

Too much posting getting off the original LTE; I think I'm done.

So, Bush water-boarding was the equivalent of a personal decision or even an Executive order, just like the Iraq War? Guess nobody else was involved. How did he get that much power with all the Dems just standing by watching? They did vote for it before they voted against it, didn't they? It is totally incredulous how you limp-wristed Dems keep on bring up Bush. What a waste of intellect to bring up a President whose been a private citizen for the last five years. Waaaa-waaaa, George Bush did this, did that, he's the devil incarnate, waaaa, waaaaa. Don't indict him, indict the people who voted him into office; indict the people who voted for the Iraq War for the sole purpose of blaming Bush for the dead... Remember? Bush Lied, People Died.... Mission accomplished Dems... their blood is equally if not more on your hands for letting them die for political gain... devil incarnate? The Bush haters who did everything to see him fail....

Good question and I will try to give you my honest opinions. As of now, we have very limited data. I suspect at the rate things are going in the US, we will be able to see the outcomes in the next several decades, if the political correctness is kept in check. Let me see what my predictions are. Average life expectancies will lag heterosexual couples. Increased mental illness relative to heterosexual couples. Increased pedophilia. Decrease in child births. Because parents will both be the same sex, children will be more confused in their identity roles as they grow up. Increased laws and prosecution against the church and members for beliefs. High divorce rates. More cronyism and gay nepotism. More family infighting between adult siblings; more isolation. My thoughts. But only time will tell.

What is your prediction?

First, I don't give a crap what other nations think. If the world community had its way, there would be another holocaust perpetrated against Jewish people.

Second, if water boarding is wrong, assassinating US citizens without a warrant, via drone, is far more egregious.

But we hear liberals whine about the former while ignoring the latter.

This LTE is about a rogue Department of Justice.

To that end, Eric Holder has politicized DOJ decisions rather than simply refuse himself, which is the proper procedure if you have a conflict of interest or conscience.

End of Argument.

Side, legislators vote on whether to fund programs. In this case the law was passed using procedural means against many who voted against it and you think they’re the radicals? I’d say it’s the other way around.

“This kind of thing happens in every prosecutors office every day, Phil.” That may be true, but the AG hasn’t gone on public record before advising others to break their oaths like he does.
