Really??? "...higher wattage... more energy efficient...." Have the laws of physics changed? Energy = power x time, and power is rated in watts. Therefore, higher-wattage lights can't be more energy-efficient than lower-wattage ones! I suspect the writer meant to say that the new lights will be brighter and more energy-efficient.

Darkness is anyone who wants to commit crimes ally to a large extent however this measure is passive at best and costly. The neighborhood that this is to going into effect isn't going to improve by flipping a light switch.
