I feel bad for Johnathan, suffering from that case of aggrieved entitlement. The rest of us working class people are supposed to support your cheap flood insurance(welfare) rates for your 2nd home along the scenic waterway. Get real buddy. You want a 2nd(or even 1st) home in a flood zone? Then be prepared to bear the cost of realistic(higher) insurance rates.

Abolish FEMA and we will see who or where they go crying for help when disaster strikes again as we know another flood will happen

I'll sure support the repeal act, Biggert Water 2012 is DISCRIMINATION against 2nd homeowners and Small Business requiring them to pay higher rates and additional $225 more than primary homeowners, rates were based on RISK, NOW based on who owns property, DISCRIMINATION ! Fema cannot even tell us when the new bill will be implemented even though it was signed by the president, business as usuall, screw the homeowners. join us on facebook stopfemanow or stopfemanow dot com for more information!

"The most recent legislation would blunt the radical residential flood insurance rate increases....." Yes, the bill that Marino himself proposed and voted for! Now he waffles and does the ole backwards shuffle! He doesn't want to lose all the money we pay him for showing up to work and doing nothing on 113 days a year. The rest of the days, they didn't even show for work! Quit the loafing, get to work and this time do something constructive NOT Obstructive!

He must be angry at himself too. Let's not forget he voted for Biggert-Waters without reading the bill.
