What a predicament. USA says it will support the Ukraine's right to democracy as the threat of Russia seizing control of Crimea was imminent.

Then the people of Crimea vote democratically to become under the rule of Russia. Was this done by fear of Crimeans? The US supported the democracy of Ukraine, but what do we do when the democracy of Crimea has decided it wants Russian rule?

What if Hawaii and Alaska voted out to join Japan and Russia's rule respectively in fear of war and retribution?

Maybe we should set an example by giving Hawaii back to their Royalty and giving California back to Mexico?

Don't know how old you are, but I paid taxes for half my life to buy NUKES to turn Ukraine into a smoking pile of ash. Wonder if the US Army still teaches people how to operate Steam Locomotives at FT Eustis so that we can use the railroads in the Warsaw Pact countries on our future invasion of Russia?

Ukraine was an independent country.
