"LauriH: I think you hurt GoBB62 feelings by mixing him up with bobbie even though they are on the same "page" in their thinking process, you know,"Don't tread on me"!"

Sorry, but I'm not so thin-skinned as you liberal ninnies.

GoBB62: I checked with the S/G and you are right, they don't have a "Jack a s s" button but, they do have a "disagree" button. Maybe you can explain how a person can disagree to a question,I don't get the connection or a "list"?

"You are so witty there boobie. I suspect if anyone knows about that button it would be you."

I guess that button would apply to as well since you seem to think I'm bobbie.

Capricorn1: Wasn't sure if you had that "list"or not. It was just a simple question. And as far as your relationship with the "Tea Party",you are running a close second with most of your comments.Maybe I just misunderstanding how much you like President Obama. Sorry if I made you feel less than a person when I mentioned that I thought you were connected to the "Tea Party".

"All I get are "disagrees" disagreeing."

I remember, as a kid, my family would travel south for vacation. I would sit on the back seat and I could always tell when we crossed into PA when the car started to bounce every twenty five feet as we hit a seam in the road. No need for "Welcome to Pennsylvania" sign. I was always amazed at how other states paved roads and PA filled the cracks in with tar. It would be very cool to switch state slogans with NC.

Mercury, I'm not a member of the Tea Party and I never claimed Obama has taken away any of my rights to own a gun. He, nor any other President legally has the power to do so, pen or no pen.

Capricorn1: So,What you're telling me it's 'NOT' President Obama's fault all the time? Doesn't this go against your "Tea Party" religion? I just don't want you to slip up and say ,President Obama done something right, that would be insane, right? "Hillary 2016" and "GOD bless the USA and President Obama!"

Go to www dot recovery dot pa dot gov and click on the map, then click on Lycoming County or any county for that matter to see where the money went in PA

If we put some dye in this river of money it could then easily be traced to the campaign coffers of POLS who spend millions for a $200K position.

Seems the consensus of opinion is there is plenty of money taken in, but no one knows where it goes. That's an accountability problem. If the gov't had more transparency, like Obama said there would be, then this discussion would end. Therefore, "It's Obama's Fault"

An independent accounting of where fuel tax money goes at both the state and federal levels seems to be in order, but I won’t hold my breath waiting for it.

Premier, I agree. The stimulus package contained 48 billion for transportation, where did the money go? Pa received 33 billion total from the Recovery Act, earmarking over 1 billion for transportation infrastructure, where did it go? State government felt the answer was to throw even more money at it when they passed the latest transportation bill. I find it hard to understand why Pa roads and bridges are some of the worst in the nation when billions of dollars are "spent on transportation".

Oh we can't fix the infrastructure until we hold another 50 votes to try and repeal the affordable care act. Feckless is right.

This service message is from your local highway construction company.

Thank you for your time.

Some quick figures indicate we use about 365 million gallons of gas per day bringing in 65 million dollars a day or 24 billion a year in gas tax revenue. This does not include diesel fuel which is taxed much higher. They are not spending nearly this much. They transferred 9.7 billion from the general fund at the beginning of the year. Where is the money going? Wasn't the stimulus suppose to take care of these needs?
