OK Lauri since you insist you've progressed to four letter words, you're a dumb liar and apparently a cheap one at that.

What does that even mean? Try to make some sense you piece of crap. I can see your vocab is limited the only words you know are "liar" and "dumb", seems like you are describing yourself. Oh Boobie I see one of your other personalities agreed with you, how nice.

"Bobbi or whoever you are today, you are an ass."

It's quite obvious what you are Lauri and since you can be purchased with a couple of dollars worth of contraceptives a cheap one at that.

Well Mecury, sorry for speaking over you and Lauri's intelligence. I'll see if I can express myself using only "and", "if", or "the".

LauriH: I wish I could be as nice as you are to these "off-the-wall" right-wing wackos but,I'm just an "angry","stupid" liberal without a "baseball card collection"! Great comment, right on target!

Steeleman I do not recall saying anything about the wealthy paying for unemployment. We all pay into unemployment. Mr. kerstetter I think 52 weeks is a good place to start for the time to be able to collect benefits. I never said that anyone who collects benefits should make what they were making, you and I both know that is far from the truth, you barely recieve half of what you were making. Bobbi or whoever you are today, you are an ass. I won't even waste my time addressing your dumb comments. Why don't you crawl back under that rock that you came out of and take the man of steele with you. Try reading what someone says instead of putting your own spin on them. Oh and by the way Laurih Fairytaleworld is a great place filled with care and compassion, you would so not fit in.

Well,I guess if I had a "baseball card collection" maybe I might understand your comment but,I'm just a stupid liberal without a "baseball card collection" and forgive me if I don't understand what the "stockmarket" has to do with that collection you mentioned? Remember,I'm a stupid liberal so talk SLOW!

Hey,I'm on your side,I have not problem with your son going in to the military, besides education they also teach respect, discipline and LOVE for their country and President! My son was in the same boat and tryed to get into the military for almost the same reason but,a health issuse stop him. I a "liberal" and guessing you are a "conservative" but, at the end of the day,I'm sure we both love are country the same and should back our political representatives whether we like them or not,it's still ONE country!

In LauriH fairytale world the well-off would pay for everyone to live on unemployment. Hey they have money why shouldn’t they give it to me. Even though they work hard to make this money they should still give it to me, well not actually them, the government should take it from them and then the government should give it to me for as long as I feel it is necessary for them to do so. The key word here is work hard. Don’t think that the money these people make falls off of trees and they just pick it up. If that were the case we would just call it unemployment

LauriH-"The government already booted 3.7 million (maybe more) people off the unemployment extensions of any kind, so many have no or very little money to put back into the economy."

To be 'booted off' of UC means that one has already received UC benefits. The question then becomes how many weeks are an adequate number?

If I was making $20/hour when my employer laid me off and closed up, should I be kept on UC until I find another job for $20/hour?

What is the formula that would seem fair to you?

rick424-"Conservative 101. Give more money to the rich."

The problem with you, and most liberals, Rick, is that you think allowing someone to keep their own money and not taking more out of it in taxes is 'giving' money to the rich.

Giving people money is the welfare system and allowing a person to get back more money in a tax refund than they paid in for the year.

What you have heard from the conservative side here (the reasonable ones, not the trolls, and you know who they are) is that we ought to be closing loopholes and minimizing deductions so that all people, from top to bottom, pay their fair share of taxes. We're all inclusive, your focus is the rich and business.

"Why has the "stockmarket" more than double in the past 6-7 years?" -Mercury

Let me guess, your one of those people who think that what props up the stock market is real money. Tell me when the market crashes at any given time and everyone looses money from their portfolio what happens to it? Is it shoveled into a gigantic furnace and burned?

Psst. It's all artificial money.

Another liberal troll trying to tell us what the tea party stands for.

What the Tea Party wants is for the Government to go back to its primary function; protection of its citizens from foreign enemies, protection of individual rights and providing infrastructure. I know it's hard for you to comprehend, but staffing a military is a part of the primary function of our Government.

Lauri, economics 101 – jobs don’t create a growing economy; a growing economy creates jobs. I’d say you’re reading the wrong economist; try “Basic Economics” by Dr. Thomas Sowell.

Ritty77: Then explain to me why the "rich" are getting "RICHER" and the "middle class" and people in the "poverty" level are getting "LESS"? This isn't a secret it's a FACT! Now tell me it's President Obama's fault? If you say it is then why is the top 1% blaming President Obama for everything they can think of in the past 6-7 years? I'm no 'rocket-scientist' but, something doesn't make sense. Why has the "stockmarket" more than double in the past 6-7 years? If you got money to throw around and are involved with the "market" tell me they didn't make money? Liberals lie: "Bulls*it"!!!
