It takes a lot of things to prove you are smart, but only one thing to prove you are ignorant.

BTW, I only know this from the ESPN side, and no, I did not know admission was free in South Williamsport.

All the more reason to move. Imagine if Penn State let everyone into Beaver Stadium for free? The world has changed. And you haven't.

"you obviously have no clue what you are talking about."

Oh, but I do. And I DGAS whether you or anybody else believes me. I have no reason to lie.

So, don't believe me. I didn't ask you to.

But THEY ARE moving the LLBWS to Bristol Connecticut because ESPN is paying them to do it.

The truth.

Ive been told from a extremely reliable high level source that the Boston Marathon is moving to Muncy PA in the next couple of years. You don't know who I am, but if you did, you wouldn't question me. And like I said, my source is as close to the top. Reporters don't give up their sources, and this happens to be a friend too, so sorry. Now, what I said is not evidence, I know that. But, the Boston Marathon is MOVING TO MUNCY PA PERIOD!!!!! Just stating the facts: You have absolutely NO IDEA what you're talking about concerning BM move to Muncy, so please, STFU and watch a soap. No trusting my sources or not trusting me will not change that. You'll see.

"If you need further credibility of me, I will begin to stop spelling things correctly, exhibit a dyslexic thought process in my posts, and use a sentence structure not widely used by anyone."

Thank you!

I have it on good authority that they are moving the White House to Linden. Don't ask me for my source, but it is as high up as it goes, just take my word for it.

If you need further credibility of me, I will begin to stop spelling things correctly, exhibit a dyslexic thought process in my posts, and use a sentence structure not widely used by anyone.

Apparently there is just too much crime in DC and Baltimore and Orlando, so why not pick up and move. And litter, lots of litter there too.

9) Williamsport has the recent history of Penn State football. Bristol has the woman's and men's NCAA basketball championships.

Alright, I now I'm way over what's necessary. True, but not nice.

The museum stays here, some regional games played here. The two weeks in August will be in Bristol. Why? Because of big big money, that's why:

1)SWMPT is nowhere. Bristol is the epicenter of 23 million people all within 100 miles. 1,000,000 in 10 miles.

2) Nothing is headquartered in Williamsport. ESPN is headquartered in Bristol.

3)It's difficult to impossible to get to Williamsport by air or rail. Bradley International airport is 20 minutes from Bristol.

4) Williamsport and the surrounding area have a paucity of things to do besides look at the mountains. Bristol has the beautiful mountains too, the ocean, New England, Hartford, Boston and NYC.

5) LLB is motivated by money. Williamsport doesn't have any. Bristol has lots, and so does ESPN.

6)Ticket gate in south Williamsport is chump change. Ticket gate in Bristol for those two weeks would be in the multi millions.

7) Two weeks in August in WMPT. The Super bowl in Bristol.

But one day or night, like these teams did (Baltimore Colts, Cleveland Browns), they'll be gone. And you'll read about it in the SG within 24 hours of that.

Actually, maybe we'll have SG reporter or WNEP reporter investigate the rumor and ask ESPN for comment and see if they have no comment or deny the rumor. I would believe that information over someone who posts on a local newspaper's comment section.

Nobody: I really don't understand, you've got this big news, but can't share your source, expect everyone to believe you (but you don't care if anyone does, but feel the need to keep defending anyway), and appear to be fine with losing one of Williamsport's biggest economic draws, maybe even something Pennsylvania as a state should be proud of, let alone our community.

I don't know what "Don't get out of much Williamsport, do ya ericwilliamsport?" means, but I'm saying all the teams, coaches, parents, etc. traveling to a destination for the series have the same travel costs going to Bristol vs Williamsport.

If you can't give us your source's name because he's a friend, then share your name. Do you have more than one source? If you are going to pretend to be a reporter, maybe you should cite a few sources to have some credibility, and I've never heard of a reporter hiding behind "Nobody" in their byline.
