Has anyone noticed the new recycling area on West Third Street? Oh, it’s a beauty! New containers, pavement, wooden fencing!I know it’s the county's pride and joy! Almost all of the funding came......

So Frank thinks the wants and needs to be prioritized, but if his wants aren't given the highest priorities then he wants an investigation? It's amazing how people don't recognize their own hypocrisy.

I see they are FINALLY doing some paving on West Third near the college. I don't think they've worked on that stretch since I graduated there in 1973.

IMHO, the city has 4 main streets that really show the character of the place: Third, Fourth, Market and Maynard. If I were the mayor (God forbid?) my first priority would be repairing/repaving all of these streets.

Just my 2 cents.
