Linda A. Emerick
Mrs. Linda Arlene Emerick, 60, of 465 John Brady Drive, Pennsdale, died Friday evening, March 7, 2008 at the Gatehouse Hospice of Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport.
Mrs. Emerick was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church at South Williamsport.
Linda had been employed as a nurse’s aide at Fulmer’s Personal Care Home.
Mrs. Emerick enjoyed candlemaking and flower gardening.
Born October 15, 1947 at Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Marland B. and Flora M. Ungard Brown, Sr.
Surviving are her husband, Theodore H. Emerick; her three daughters, Alicelyn and her husband, Steve Francisko of Wallaceton, Terrilee Bryan of Hughesville and Sylviesue and her husband, Tate Smith of Pennsdale; her son, Dick and his wife, Georgia Bryan of West Decator; her brother, Marland B. and his wife, Donna Brown, Jr. of Williamsport; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In addition to her late parents, she was also preceded in death by her late sister, Marvel B. Brown, by her late daughter, Jackielyn Bryan and by her late son, Ed Bryan.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at the Charles M. Noll Funeral Home, 1 East Central Avenue, South Williamsport. Her pastor, the Rev. Tom Grove, will officiate, along with Elder Richard W. Fulmer assisting. Interment will immediately follow at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the services at the funeral home.
