Kevin L. Phillips

Kevin L. Phillips, 47, of Muncy, died Friday, May 9, 2008.

Born February 14, 1961, in Williamsport, he was a son of Doris M. and the late Mervin L. Phillips.

Kevin attended the Hughesville High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and above all, riding his Triumph motorcycle. Kevin also loved his children, grandchildren and families very much.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are three daughters, Megan Phillips of Montgomery, Angela Phillips of South Williamsport and Kelsea Phillips of Newberry; three brothers, Paul (Betty) Phillips of Hughesville, Keith and Danny Phillips both of Muncy; a sister, Joyce (John) Puterbaugh of Unityville; a grandson, Isaac Phillips; and his companion of 12 years, Darlene Dolley.

In addition to his father, Kevin was preceded in death by a step-son, Steven L. Kepner.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with the Rev. Dr. Paul T. Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will follow in Moreland Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home to help defray the funeral expenses.
