Wayne J. Staib, son of James and Ruth Staib of Williamsport, graduated with a master's degree in business management from York College of Pennsylvania during commencement ceremonies Dec. 17.

Williamsport Area High School recently announced its Academic Students of the Month for December. Brooke Bossert Osborne
Brooke Bossert Osborne recently graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in toxicology, Spanish and international studies.
She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School and participated in the Odyssey of the Mind program where her team repeatedly placed first in world competitions.
Bossert is the daughter of Pamela and David Osborne.
Benjamin Hughes
Benjamin Hughes, son of Christine and Timothy Hughes of Loyalsock Township, received a bachelor's degree in information technology and economics on Nov. 17 from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, N.Y.
