Area seniors are shown participating in Arthritis Aquatics, a part of the SilverSneakers classes offered at the Williamport YMCA. The class is designed to help relieve pain and stiffness, and is helpful to individuals with any type of arthritis, multiple sclerosis, physical disability or injury.
