Week beginning Oct. 19

Wednesday: Slow-roasted barbecue beef, molasses baked beans, peas and cauliflower, and banana cream pudding.

Thursday: Salisbury steak with gravy, broccoli, bow tie salad, whole grain bread and hot spiced apples.

Friday: Lemon pepper chicken, cheesy rainbow rotini, succotash, whole grain bread and orange.

Thursday: Hamloaf, sweet potatoes, peas, white bread and rice raisin egg custard.

Friday: Rigatoni with Italian meat sauce, green beans, salad and gelatin with pudding.

Monday: Roasted pork and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, whole grain bread and applesauce.

Tuesday: Fish Florentine, whole grain penne, broccoli, white bread and banana.

Thursday: Sausage with peppers and onions, molasses baked beans, carrots and cherry gelatin with peaches.

Friday: Breaded pork steak, Spanish rice, succotash, pepper slaw, white bread and tapioca pudding.

Monday: Chicken marsala, Mediterranean orzo, brussels sprouts, white bread and Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: Macaroni with ham and cheese, stewed tomatoes, whole grain bread and orange gelatin with pineapple.

Wednesday: Rotini with Italian meat sauce, cauliflower, whole grain bread and pears.

Thursday: Hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms, German potato salad, green beans and apple.

Monday: Breaded chicken with mixed vegetables, Polish noodles, bread and apple.

Tuesday: Knockwurst with baked beans, cheesy broccoli, roll and rice pudding.

Wednesday: Lemon pepper pork loin, scalloped potatoes, stewed tomatoes, bread and baked bread egg custard.

Thursday: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas with baby onions, whole grain bread and orange gelatin with Mandarin oranges.

Friday: Sausage meatballs with radiatore noodles, mushroom and broccoli brodo, carrots, creamy cole slaw and peaches.
