Week beginning Dec. 14

Wednesday: Barbecue pork rib steak, stewed tomatoes, macaroni salad, whole grain bread and hot spiced peaches.

Thursday: Hot dog with Texas meat sauce, hot dog bun with mustard, molasses baked beans, carrots, cauliflower and coconut egg custard.

Friday: Chicken tetrazzini with fetuccine noodles, creamy parmesan sauce, peas, whole grain bread and pineapple.

Wednesday: Breaded pork steak, Spanish rice, succotash, pepper slaw, white bread and tapioca pudding.

Thursday: Roasted pork with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, whole grain bread, white bread and applesauce.

Friday: Centers closed for New Year's Day.

Week beginning Jan. 4

Monday: Slow-roasted pulled pork barbecue with hamburger bun, molasses baked beans, German-style red cabbage and oatmeal cookies.

Tuesday: Breaded chicken, Spanish rice, mixed vegetables, Hawaiian cole slaw, white bread and vanilla pudding.

Wednesday: Breaded fish, tartar sauce, cheesy shells, green beans, whole grain bread and fresh apple.

Thursday: Pork sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, hot dog bun, scalloped red potatoes, peas and cauliflower and fruit cocktail.

Friday: Ground chuck pepper steak with gravy, Polish noodles, carrots, whole grain bread and bananas.

Week beginning Jan. 11

Monday: Chicken a la king with buttermilk biscuit, sweet potatoes, green beans, carrot and raisin salad and lime gelatin with peaches.

Tuesday: Slow-roasted Southern-style sliced barbecue beef with hamburger bun, molasses baked beans, peas and cauliflower and banana cream pudding.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak with onion gravy, broccoli, caesar bow tie salad, whole grain bread and hot spiced apples.

Thursday: Lemon pepper chicken, cheesy rainbow rotini, succotash, whole grain bread and fresh orange.

Friday: Grande chili con carne with tomatoes and kidney beans, brown rice, squash, crackers and baked bread egg custard.

Week beginning Jan. 18

Monday: Italian meat sauce over rotini noodles with tomato sauce, cauliflower, whole grain bread and pears.

Tuesday: Chicken masala, Mediterranean orzo, brussel sprouts, white bread and butterscotch pudding.

Wednesday: Whole grain macaroni, ham and cheese, peas, stewed tomatoes, white bread and orange gelatin with pineapple.

Thursday: Barbecue chicken, Mexican brown rice, mixed vegetables, creamy cole slaw, white bread and mandarin oranges.

Friday: Ground chuck with Swiss cheese, mushrooms and hamburger bun, German potato salad, green beans and fresh apple.

Week beginning Jan. 25

Monday: Turkey pot pie, parsley red potatoes, fresh endive with sweet dressing, whole grain bread and pumpkin custard.

Tuesday: Hungarian goulash, green beans, carrots, white bread and coconut cream pudding.

Wednesday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach, whole grain bread and a fresh orange.

Thursday: Chicken parmasan with pasta shells and tomato sauce, Italian blend vegetables, white bread and pineapple.
