Jan. 18

Wednesday: Whole grain macaroni, ham and cheese, peas, stewed tomatoes, white bread and orange gelatin with pineapple.

Thursday: Barbecue chicken, Mexican brown rice, mixed vegetables, creamy cole slaw, white bread and Mandarin oranges.

Friday: Hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms, hamburger bun, German potato salad, green beans and fresh apple.

Thursday: Sausage meatballs with radiatore noodles, mushroom-broccoli brodo, carrots, creamy cole slaw and peaches.

Friday: Roasted beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas with baby onions, and orange gelatin with Mandarin oranges.

Monday: Chicken with ham, Swiss cheese and gravy, barley pilaf, green beans, white bread and banana.

Tuesday: Corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes, baby carrots and vanilla pudding with sliced apples.

Wednesday: Tuna and noodles, broccoli, carrots, whole grain bread, chocolate cake and vanilla pudding.

Thursday: Italian-style meatballs with tomato sauce, hot dog roll, peas, cauliflower and peanut butter cookies.

Friday: Roasted turkey with gravy, sweet potatoes, Mexican corn, whole grain bread, raspberry gelatin and pears.

Friday: Veal parmesan with noodles and tomato sauce, Italian-blend vegetables, lime gelatin, cabbage and carrots, and pineapple.
