Sycamore Manor Health Center, 1445 Sycamore Road, Montoursville, will hold a Mardi Gras-style party from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 16.
Sammy Ray's Big Band will provide entertainment and door prizes, and hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be available.
