Three people were taken to Williamsport Regional Medical Center for injuries suffered when these cars collided on Route 15 in front of Moore Brothers, just south of South Williamsport, about 3:20 p.m. Friday, according to fire officials. As a result of the crash, one of the vehicles, a Chevrolet Cobalt, flipped on its side. Occupants in both vehicles managed to climb out of the wreckage on their own, firefighters said. Ambulances from South Williamsport, DuBoistown and the hospital were used to transport the injured. State police were investigating the crash. The identities of those involved and the extent of their injuries were unknown, but one fire officer said the injuries did not appear serious.
