Hundreds of car buffs made their way along Main Street in Muncy on Saturday to inspect scores of Corvettes that were part of the Susquehanna Valley Corvette Club's 4th annual car show.
This show, like others in the past, was dedicated in memory of Gary Hagan, a charter member of the club who was renown for his restoration work on Corvettes, Tom Fitzgerald, club president, said. Hagan died a few years ago of cancer.
The club, which began in 2003, today has nearly 100 members from Lycoming and surrounding counties. A total of 22 trophies were awarded at the show, said Fitzgerald, who owns 2 Corvettes, including a 2007 Machine Silver Convertible that he drove to the show.
