Natural gas royalties will be the focus of an educational meeting set for 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Genetti Hotel and Suites, 200 W. Fourth St.
The meeting is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners, local businesses and natural gas industry companies including AgChoice Farm Credit, Chief Oil and Gas, First Citizens National Bank, M&T Investment Group, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Planned Futures and Straightforward Wealth Management.
The meeting, which will provide information to landowners who have leased their land for natural gas exploration, also will be the launching event of the state chapter.

There will be presentations on subjects such as how legislation impacts landowner royalty income, understanding the unitization and pooling process and royalties, pipeline right-of-way considerations, and resources available for royalty owners from Penn State University.
The event is free to association members. A $20 registration fee for non-members can be applied to annual association fees. Doors will open at 5 p.m.
