Colleen Ashley Williams and Joshua Charles Shaffer, both of South Williamsport, were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010.
The Rev. Howard Woodruff officiated at the ceremony held in Loyalsock Township.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Haywoods on the Water and a reception was held at the Holiday Inn.

The bride is the daughter of Rebecca and Bruce Williams, South Williamsport. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2004 and received a bachelor's degree in mass media arts, journalism and communication studies from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2007. She is employed by AdTrak 360 as a marketing specialist.
Shaffer is the son of Christine and Charles Shaffer, Antes Fort. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2005 and is employed by Energy Construction Management as a water haul manager.
Maid of honor was Alys Mingle, Orlando, Fla., cousin of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Nicole Warfel, Williamsport; Nicole Hetner and Rose Fagnano, both of South Williamsport; Andra Mingle, Orlando, cousin of the bride; and Brittany Shaffer, Jersey Shore, sister of the bridegroom.
Flower girl was Kaylee Silsbee, Scotia, N.Y., cousin of the bride.
Ring bearer was Jake Lusk, South Williamsport, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Nathan Bardell, Jersey Shore.
Ushers were Lance Young and Steve Collins, both of Williamsport; Shawn Young and Ryan Seasholtz, both of Jersey Shore; and Travis Williams, brother of the bride, and Andrew Shaffer, cousin of the bridegroom, both of South Williamsport.
The couple is residing in South Williamsport.
