SALLADASBURG- Zachary J. Lauer, 21, of 2726 Route 14, Jersey Mills, was arrested early Saturday morning following a domestic disturbance in which he allegedly fired a shotgun in the air outside his former girlfriend's home on Seneca Drive, according to state police.
He was jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
