Sandra J. Connelly and Jeffrey L. Mills, both of Buffalo, N.Y., were united in marriage 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011.
Judge Dudley Andersen officiated at the ceremony held at Park Place.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the 4th Street Grille and Ale House and a reception was held at Park Place.

The bride is the daughter of Robin L. and Darlene J. Connelly, Montoursville. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 1994. She received a bachelor's degree in biology and criminal justice from Juniata College, Huntingdon, in 1998 and a doctorate in zoology from Miami University of Ohio, Oxford, Ohio, in 2007. She is employed on the faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, N.Y.
Mills is the son of Pam Hoagland, Berlin, and Jeff Mills Sr., Manheim. He graduated from Hungtingdon Area High School in 1994. He received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Juniata College, Huntingdon, in 1998 and received a doctorate in chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo, N.Y., in 2004. He is employed by SUNY Buffalo as a research scientist.
Matron of honor was Michelle Weatherell, Byron, N.Y.
Bridesmaids were Jennifer Connelly, Munich, Germany, and Katherine Connelly, Montoursville, both sisters of the bride.
Best man was Zac Henneman, Westfield, N.J.
Ushers were Robert Mills, Huntingdon, grandfather of the bridegroom, and Sean Connelly, Montoursville, brother of the bride.
Following a trip to Arizona and Nevada, the couple is residing in Buffalo.
