Mr. and Mrs. Rich Roan, Williamsport, observed their 60th wedding anniversary Sept. 22, 2011.
They were married by the Rev. Ellmore in Winchester, Va. Mrs. Roan is a member of Lycoming Centre Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Roan, the former Carol Kay Mosseaux, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of the late Dorothy and Ernest Mosseaux. She attended Williamsport schools and is a homemaker.
Mr. Roan, a native of Williamsport, is the son of the late Sylvia and Robert Roan. He attended Williamsport schools and is the president of Bob, Chuck and Rich Roan Inc.
They are the parents of a daughter, Robin Pardoe, Williamsport, and four sons, Randy, Ron and Rod, all of Roaring Branch, and Rick, Dallas, Texas. There are five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In honor of their anniversary, a party hosted by their children was held Sept. 24 at Roan's Auction Gallery.
