Judges in Lycoming County Court recently sentenced 13 people.
Three were sentenced to state prison. They are:
Shawn K. Litz, 30, of SCI Rockview, 18 to 36 months and $2,465 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking and forgery.
Ralph Thomas, 55, of 643 Locust St., 21 months to six years and $100 in restitution for delivery of a controlled substance.
Ismil S. Williams, 22, of 1111 Clifton Ave., Sharon Hill, 18 months to four years, four and a half years' probation and $400 restitution for delivery of a controlled substance.
One was sentenced to county prison. He is:
Jamail L. Peterson, 29, of 820 W. Third St. Apt. 2, two and a half to five months, two and a half years' probation, 50 hours' community service and $323 in restitution for criminal trespass.
Three were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
Donald H. Ayers, 36, of 66 East Ave., Wellsboro, 24 months for criminal trespassing.
Craig McElwee, 26, of 303 Buttonwood Lane, Muncy, 24 months, a $1,500 fine and 50 hours' community service for driving under the influence.
Ryan D. Bierly, of 453 W. Village Drive, South Williamsport, six months with 48 hours in the Pre-Release Center, $700 in fines and 50 hours' community service for driving under the influence and driving under suspension.
Six were sentenced to probation. They are:
Francis P. Fredin Jr., 24, of 1708 Memorial Ave., one year and 35 hours' community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Josiah L. Gottschall, 27, of 527 Broad St., Montoursville, three months, a $100 fine and 50 hours' community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Susan M. Grimes, 47, of 653 Hepburn St. Apt. 8, six months, a $150 fine, 50 hours' community service and $819 in restitution for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Pursell S. Hall, 52, of 653 Hepburn St. Apt. 8, 12 months and 50 hours' community service for harassment.
James N. Hammond, 20, of 409 Pepper St., Muncy, two years and 24 hours' community service for indecent exposure.
Christopher M. Valkosak, 24, of 6235 Route 220 Lot 10, Linden, 12 months for unsworn falsification.
